More birthday pictures

These pictures were taken on Adriana's birthday.
Here she is, my THREE year old, just waking up. Mama & Bean
"Hi Mama"

Candyland Castle...we LOVE this game!

Birthday cake after her special birthday dinner of choice (pizza!)
Thanks for checking out our pictures. I truly am blessed.
Adriana went to the doctor for her 3yo check up on Tuesday. She weighed in at 22lbs. and was 33" tall. Still off the charts for her weight (in the negatives) but she is 8-10% for height.

Birthday Party pictures

Here's some pictures taken Sunday, 12/9, the day of Adriana's Birthday Party :)
Here she is with her HUGE (it was almost as tall as me, I'm 5'6") birthday banner: She LOVED it. And as of today (12/14) it's still hanging there because she refuses to let me take it down! My beautiful princess!
....on her new red Radio Flyer tricycle!
..I'm THREE Mama!
Yummo! Time for CAKE!
Make your wish and blow out those candles baby girl...
Present time: I loved her reaction to some of these gifts, that's why I posted the ones where I caught a good picture of her.
oooooo, Cinderella!
Lucky Ducks!! She talks about this game ALL the time. I couldn't resist buying it for her!

5 days...

Just a short 5 days until my baby girl turns three!! Where has the time gone?! Below you'll find a few of her 3yo pictures that we had taken this past weekend. I can't seem to rotate the Christmas photos on here without messing up the originals, so until I figure that out, there won't be any of those posted.
I'm SO blessed to be HER Mama!

More

Here's a few photos of my goofball (I was going to post a few more "silly pics", but blogger is being a butt nugget!) Anyway, It was about 80-85 degrees out the other day and Adriana decided to pull the winter hat off of her old snowsuit, put on a turtle neck and her shorts and head down to her Nana's. What a crazy child! So silly! ;) How could you not just sit and stare at that smile forever?! Gosh, I love her! The other day when I came home from work, she was out cold (snoozin') in the doorway to her bedroom. Half in the room and half in the hallway. Had to get a picture of it because she rarely crashes in "crazy locations/spots/positions".
More to come when blogger gets its act together!
Hugs to all!

Hi-Ho, Hi-Ho, its off to Work with Mommy I go....

Ana went to work with Mommy last Friday. She had a GREAT time playing with all of the kids. Here's a few photos that I took of her: First she enjoyed some lunch (LOL, Orange juice, water and grapes)Playing in the house area is one of her favorite spots!
AnaBean and her new buddies (Bella, Taylore and TJ) They adored her and she loved leading them around at her beckon call ;)
WHEEEEEEE!

Hey Mom...I can do it by MYSELF!

Peek-A-BOO!

This is a major "Wheeeeeee" LOL

Dustin's Tattoo

Dustin got a new tattoo today, in honor of his daughter. The bird is the Quetzal (The national bird of Guatemala) and the initials of course are Miss AnaBean's :) Just thought I'd share. I think it turned out pretty nice, even though in the photo below you can't see all of the detailed work that went into it.

More pictures

Here's a few photos of AnaBean taken recently. (Thanks Laurie for the outfit in this 1st one! Too cute!!) Do you notice who's ALWAYS in tow with her?? (Yes, that'd be her "Ana Baby")
Daddy & Ana on Daddy's 31st Birthday!
Ana had a marker and was coloring, she left the room and I assumed left the marker. Wrong! She came back ALL excited "Mommy....See my tattoos?" She was SO proud of them. She was so mad at me when I washed them off!

This is the best family ever!
I'll try to explain who everyone is. In the very back are my grandparents. Then in the center row is my aunt (holding her grandkids Carter (will be 2 in Jan.) and well, Owen (5) is sitting next to her)), then My mom holding her two grand daughters (Lyllie, will be 2 in March and you know AnaBean), then my uncle who's holding his grandson (Aiden, 2)

This is all of the kiddos:
Carter (1), Aiden (2), Owen (5), Ana (2), Lyllie (1)

Below is a photo of two of the greatest people on this entire planet. My grandparents. They truly are my heroes and I hope that I can become even half of the person that they are today. I love them with all that I've got and they are GREAT with Ana, who thinks just as highly of them as her Mommy does.
Gramps & Gram: We Love You!
These are the 4 youngest sitting out by the creek. What a precious photo.

Ana decided to wear Daddy's new work boots ;)

Pics have been chosen!

Thanks to all of you that sent me your opinions for which pictures to send in for the 2008 Calendar that's FULL of beautiful Guatemalan babies! In case you're wondering I ended up chosing the 1st photo in the 9-21 blog (the top July 4th one) and the one of AnaBean wearing the Princess hat in the 9-18 post. Boy its HARD to pic your favorite picture of your little one. They're ALL my favorites!!!!

More calendar suggestions

We're going to try to get some more photos around for the big "calendar decision". A good friend mentioned the following ones (Thanks Laurie! I wasn't sure which "movement" one you were talking about in July, so here's two). I think we have 1 week left to submit. Thanks for checking our our blog.

2008 Guat. Calendar

Well, its almost that time again. Time to send in our photos for the 2008 Guatemala calendar. It's FULL of beautiful Guatemalan babies! :) (Yes, all children are babies in my eyes!) Here's my three favorites so far this year. (Still waiting on Dustin's choices...I'll post them another date).
So, if you want...you can help me out by casting your vote, for #'s 1, 2 or 3. :)

Haircuts, the sillies and a side note

Adriana got her hair cut a week or so ago. Here's the before photo: And the after:
Now for the "sillies". This is my girl. In rare form. LOVES to be silly!

:P
Adriana and cousin Lyllie relaxing after a Labor Day swim!

Such cute little buttskees!

P.S. On a side note.....I go back to work tomorrow. This is going to be super hard for me. I've been home with my girl for about a year and a half now. I'm sad to leave her, but I know she'll be OK...and so will Mommy (I'm hoping!) I'm very thankful to have been a SAHM for as long as I was. I was hoping for it to be longer (until she starts school)..but due to the crappy economy, things change. I just want whats best for my girl. In the end...we'll all be OK. :) (That's a way to make some positive thinking on this teary eyed Mommy tonight!)
Hugs to all!

More fun at Hawk Island...

We went to Hawk Island Park again today. :) What a blast we all had. It's hard to believe that summer is coming to an end. Sad. :( (Especially since AnaBean LOVES swimming!)
Here's a few photos from our day...
AnaBean & Papa playing in the Splash Pad....
And down at the lake:
